KUNG FU is an ancient Chinese martial art that builds inner strength and discipline. It helps master poise, gives stability and aids in self-defense. 

AEROBICS gives the children the necessary physical activity along with the nuances of dance movements. It is energetic, fun, and keeps the children in sync with musical beats that keep them upbeat!
